These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the playphp platform. By creating an account or using any playphp service, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below. Please read them carefully before playing.

By accessing the playphp Platform, registering an Account, or making use of any Service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with the playphp Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

playphp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend or close any Account where satisfactory evidence of eligibility cannot be provided. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible Account are subject to forfeiture.
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the playphp Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly upon any change.

All deposits are subject to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening. playphp reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for deposits above thresholds established under Republic Act No. 9160, as amended (the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001).
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. playphp does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal request can be approved. playphp processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; however, final settlement times depend on the receiving financial institution.
playphp does not charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose its own charges — these are your responsibility and are not controlled by playphp.

All games available on the playphp Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, online bingo, sports betting, and lottery games — operate in accordance with rules published within the respective game interfaces. All random number generator (RNG) games on the playphp Platform use independently certified RNG systems. Nothing in these Terms limits playphp's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
playphp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold any associated balance pending investigation, where playphp has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an Account is closed and the Player is not in breach of these Terms, the Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after completion of applicable AML and KYC checks. Bonus Funds are not returned upon Account closure.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the playphp Platform or these Terms, you should first contact the playphp customer support team at [email protected]. playphp commits to acknowledging all complaints within 48 hours and to working in good faith toward a resolution.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with playphp's support team, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR's Player Assistance and Dispute Resolution mechanism, in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory framework. You agree that any formal legal action arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and that Philippine law shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms.
playphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where changes are required immediately due to legal or regulatory obligations.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
The version of the Terms published on the Platform at any given time constitutes the current, operative Terms. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon written request to [email protected].
